Food Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through the Volt Food app by selecting meals and completing payment via the available payment methods. The order must be confirmed and paid for before food preparation begins.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription within a specified time period (e.g., 10 minutes after placing the order). After this period, it may not be possible to cancel if the preparation has already started.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the specified address at the agreed time during the daytime hours. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion. We will notify you of any delays.
